What the forms collect
The contact form collects your name, email address, organization if you include one, the topic you choose, and your message.
The notes and download form collects your name and email address so Dana can send the file you asked for and occasional notes on AI adoption and leading through change.
Both forms use a hidden field to catch automated submissions, and Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam. reCAPTCHA receives technical information such as your browser and IP address under Google's privacy policy.
How that information is used
Inquiry details are used to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. Email addresses from the notes form are used to send the download and those notes. The site does not sell personal information.
How long it is kept
Messages and subscriber records stay in the site's private tools so Dana can follow up and honor an unsubscribe request. You can ask for a copy or deletion at the email above.
Cookies
The site uses a session cookie to keep forms and the builder working, and the host may cache pages to make them load faster. Those cookies are not used to advertise to you.
